Job Description We are hiring Commercial Coordinator. Pret is growing and we are looking for a role for Commercial Coordinator to join our fun loving, energetic and passionate team in Hong Kong. In summary this role focuses on providing over 30+ Pret shops in Hong Kong with a wide variety of launch materials and information for 5 key product launch & trial per year. The Commercial Coordinator will collate the necessary information from our food developer, marketing and operations team, prepare and distribute launch packs, e.g. Food System, bible and briefing notes to all shops involved in each launch. This role will also provide support to Marketing team with Facebook comment replies and related promotional activities Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative role in F&B sector, preferably experience involving in food launch Good level of spoken and written Cantonese and English is essential Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines Attention to detail, able to plan work effectively within tight deadlines Able to use initiative and work on own Interested parties please apply by clicking "APPLY NOW"
