Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings. Coordinate with Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update status of shop drawings & As-Built submission and material approval Liaise with Subcontractors on technical issues to ensure timely submission an approval of shopdrawings Job Requirements: Qualification Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field Relevant experience working on LTA MRT projects Independent and efficient Experience with BIM will be advantageous Monthly Salary Range: Commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualification Interested candidates, please send in your resumes including Personal Particulars Educational Qualifications Past Working Experience Latest payslip Expected Remuneration Availability Note: We regret that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
