As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising programs and products, highlighting seasonally relevant and trending merchandise, and providing other teams with curated content for use across channels. Responsibilities Create collections of merchandise and source images for use across channels Merchandising of key product features like Posh Parties, Showrooms and more Use data to identify trends and top performing brands and categories Provide merchandising support across marketing teams including: product marketing, content strategy & social media, and lifecycle marketing 6-Month Accomplishments Develop an understanding of all merchandising systems Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders Gain fluency of the Poshmark voice, tone, and visual brand through content sourcing and creation 12+ Month Accomplishments Partner closely with Category Managers to identify market trends and make merchandising recommendations to grow and improve category performance Help drive user engagement through in-app marketing and merchandising by identifying optimization opportunities, prioritizing areas of opportunity, and supporting the testing and deployment of innovative new strategies Continued accomplishments from 6 months Requirements BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ year of experience in eCommerce site merchandising or catalog Interest in fashion and knowledge of brands, you're fluent in Celine, Supreme, Reformation, Carhartt, and more Strong attention to detail and organization skills Analytical mindset and strong communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HTML Passion for Poshmark—experience with the app is a huge plus!
