Permanent Full-Time - 35 hours per week + flexi-time Total Remuneration Package $89,920.00 - $116,710.00 per annum Located at Raymond Terrace Due to an increasing capital works program, Port Stephens Council is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the initiation, development and construction of capital works structures and landscapes projects, delivering a variety of major projects across the Port Stephens area. The successful Project Manager will be involved in managing the design and/or building process for projects such as Rural Fire Stations, sports and recreation facilities including change rooms and amenities, community facilities, and tourism facilities such as holiday park amenity buildings and tourism centres. What you need: Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction, architecture or related discipline Demonstrated experience in project and contractor management, including engaging stakeholders to achieve high quality outcomes The ability to express your views, persevere through challenges, be flexible and willing to change The ability to persuade and gain commitment from others, and resolve issues and conflicts The ability to plan and organise work in line with organisational goals, and adjust to changing priorities Total Remuneration Package Range: $89,920.00 - $116,710.00 (includes 9.5% superannuation + allowances) + flexi-time If excellent career development opportunities and a great working environment are things you find attractive Council will provide an environment for you to flourish and further build your career.
