We are looking for consultants (m/f/d) for the following topics: Support the top management of our clients in the design and implementation of production strategies Execution of strategic consultancy projects in the Production and Logistics department focusing on Smart Factories and Factory-Design Digitization of processes from concept to implementation (e.g. planning of a Smart Factory focusing on artificial intelligence) Taking over project responsibility for national and international consultancy projects, professional management of interdisciplinary teams and coordination of all relevant interfaces to the customer Development of client relationships as well as preparation and implementation of acquisitions Continuous development of innovative consultancy products and support in the publication of studies Qualifications Above-average degree in (Business) Engineering, ideally supplemented with MBA or doctorate Many years of professional experience in management consultancy or an industrial goods company Functional expertise and proven success in the area of factory planning Experience in project management Experience in team management Distinct willingness to travel (traveling at home and abroad) and excellent command of English, additional language skills are an advantages At a Glance We think strategically and act pragmatically.
