Sales AssociatePopeye's Supplements - Surrey, BC Popeye's Supplements is looking to add to our team at the Surrey store location. We want people who are passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, store merchandising, receiving inventory, stock counts as well as opening and closing of the store. Candidates need to be able to function both independently and in a team environment and demonstrate a positive mindset in their interactions with others. Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time; $13.85/hr (based on experience) plus product discount and sales competition prizes. **Eligibility for a raise after only 3-month probation** Responsibilities & Duties: Personal Responsibilities: Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service. Assess customers’ needs, supply information and provide client-specific product recommendations. Self-motivated to improve product knowledge and participate in product training events provided. Be "present" while at work - limit personal distractions and focus on the customer and store. In-Store Work Duties: Maintain merchandising standards on the floor including restocking and building displays. Manage inventory warehouse by detailing product orders and be capable of physically lifting boxes for extended periods. Diligently and consistently implement daily store opening and closing duties. Show initiative in all aspects of the role. Qualifications & Skills Proven work experience in a related Sales and/or Customer Service role. Possess strong listening, communication & interpersonal skills. Outstanding goal-setting & planning skills. Proficiency in English – both spoken and written. High School Degree. Working Knowledge of MS Office Products. Asset: Previous experience with POS Software. Asset: Basic knowledge and understanding of supplements. Asset: Health & Fitness industry experience.
