Job Summary As the Student Customer Service Representative (Email/Chat) you will be assisting the Customer Service Department with a variety of tasks including Live Chats and emails. You will be using Gmail, Google Apps (Sheets, Documents, Slideshows), LiveZilla and Microsoft Navision. Experience with Navision is not mandatory but would be beneficial. This position is temporary full time. The position will run from May 1st, 2020 - mid-August 2020. No Pool Experience Required! Responsibilities: - Answering Emails - Answering Live Chats - Requesting Customer Reviews - Assisting other departments when needed Requirements: - No Pool Experience Required! - Advanced Computer Skills - Customer Service Skills - Communication Skills - Problem-solving skills - Basic Mathematical Skills - Strong interpersonal skills Training: Friday, May 1st, 2020 4 pm - 8 pm - Orientation Saturday, May 2nd, 2020 - Training materials are handed out including a Pool Supplies Textbook and workbook - Training on processes including: - Placing an Order - Cancelling an Order - Modifying an Order - Shipping Claim - Reshipment - Emails - Live Chat - Price Matching - Coupons/Discounts - Basic Product Knowledge Sunday, May 3rd, 2020 - Customer service skills - How to deal with difficult customers - Upselling and cross selling - Roleplaying - Practice questions Additional Training: Ongoing training is provided on the job and a manager is always available to assist with questions. No one is expected to know everything about pools, we prefer to teach where to find answers. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Salary: $15.00 /hour Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Secondary School (Preferred)
