Currently, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative France (m/f/x) who speaks French on a native level. You will Answer customers requests and questions on a daily basis Process orders, forms, applications and requests Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Requirements Native French and excellent English language skills (Another language will be a plus!)
