Job Responsibilities: 1. Review overall test plan and testing strategy at the program level. 2. Prepare and maintain QC resource plans and corresponding schedules, ensuring said plans are coordinated with the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner 3. Lead assigned resources in the preparation and maintenance of relevant deliverables and artifacts (e.g. Test Cases, Traceability Matrices, etc.), execution of tasks, and prescribed reporting. Ensures these are in conformance to company standard. 4. Finalize the selection of right test tools after interacting with the vendors. 5. Coordinate with vendors on setting up test environments 6. Ensure that QA process is documented and communicated and adequate to ensure agreed quality levels for systems 7. Review business requirements and specifications to understand the program/department functional and non-functional requirements 8. Review test scenarios and test cases (system, integration, non-functional, UAT) for the various Department systems and integration with new as well as existing systems 9. Work with vendors and business owners to prepare test data for the various systems 10. Validate in consultation with Business Analysts and vendors that the test scenarios are aligned, mapped and have traceability with the business, functional and non-functional requirements. Qualifications: 1. Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level 2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology/ Management. Professional qualification in Testing. Additional qualification in Finance/Banking is an added advantage 3. At least 7 years of relevant work experience as a Test Analyst in a complex end-to-end banking and/or financial solution 4. Must possess a solid understanding of ISTQB and BCS Test Body of Knowledge (TBOK) preferably with ISEB/ BCS-CTFL Certification. 5. Working experience of test management tools including automation tool, defect tracking tool (Jira) 6. Must possess a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. 7. Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills in English 8. Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment 9. Self-motivated and with strong organizational skills 10. Must have the ability to understand and relate to new products, technology, or strategy and be able to follow directions 11.
