Description: The candidate is the single point of contact for coordinating all the activities among different teams (Business, IT and vendor) for a roll out project within the Program for a specific country(s) roll out. He/she manages the project plan (MPP) to ensure all the activities are on track. In case of delays, he / she has to work with the individual teams to mitigate the delays and highlight the issues and risks for the project to the overall program. Hence some understanding of IT Delivery life-cycle is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide status updates on project specific activities for weekly status meetings and report to PM Facilitate communication and execution of activities across different teams Manage, update and maintain the project schedule in MPP Support overall PM from Capco/BBL with work breakdown structure and follow up of day to day progress of development and testing activities by coordinating with vendor and IT development, and test teams i.e. stream management related to legacy systems development, Data Mapping & ETL development within the project Coordinate with Infrastructure stream for all activities related to Hardware/Software procurement, environment set-up, non-functional testing preparation / execution, and deployment activities. SIT, UAT, NFT Testing coordination including Defect management and daily tracking of testing progress in alignment with SAS/BBL test manager Consolidate and maintain all issues and risks for the country in a consolidated risk and issue log Escalate any issues and risks early on to Company's PM Able to run any country specific workshops either onsite in the country or remotely Job Type: Full-time Experience: PMO: 4 years (Required) Language: Cantonese or Mandarin (Required)
