The Strategic Service Providers Group is responsible for managing and growing Plume's business with Tier 1 Internet Service Providers worldwide. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join the new team and take ownership of selected Tier 1 customers in Europe. Responsibilities Directly accountable for Plume's business with one or more strategic ISP customers in Europe Oversees execution of existing contracts Identifies growth/retention opportunities in a fast-changing, consumer experience-driven ISP environment Ensures in close collaboration with other Plume departments that Plume delivers cutting edge products and high-quality service to the ISP's end-users Develops and maintains personal relationships on all levels of the customer organization Offers and drives strategic thinking at all levels of the customer organization Champions internal suggestions for product improvements or new products Has major input into the development of overall sales targets and quotas Requirements Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering – technical background preferred At least 4 years in a sales, account management or product management role Demonstrate excellent communication and team work skill Thorough and detail-oriented Experience in dealing with contracts and legal aspects Familiarity with consumer technology market, technologies, and trends – experience in the ISP market is a strong plus Must be able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing objectives and ambiguous situations Strong self-drive with problem solving mindset and strong sense of curiosity Position preferably based in Zürich, Switzerland (other locations will be considered DOE)
