By continuously surpassing travellers expectation, the Groups network is rapidly growing across major international airports around the world. 關於環亞機場服務管理集團 作爲全球提供高端機場服務的先驅和最大管理機構之一,總部設於香港的環亞機場服務管理集團,網絡覆蓋亞洲、大洋洲、歐洲、北美、南美和中東等46個國際機場,並擁有超過170個服務點,致力為每一位旅客實現「更佳機場體驗」的願景。集團主要經營四項核心業務,包括機場貴賓室、機場中轉酒店、機場禮賓接待及機場餐飲服務。 環亞機場服務管理集團在全球各地僱用逾5,000名員工;每年為超過1千6百萬人次的旅客提供優質的機場服務。集團憑藉穩健的往績及專業的態度,為旅客提供卓越的品質,加上屢獲殊榮的服務與設施,使其網絡不斷擴展,並在全球機場服務業者中享負盛名。 Responsibilities: Provide on-site support, pre-opening support, training and supervision as and when required Establish, recommend and follow up on renovations in terms of operational design, process enhancement, equipment, services and technology Establish the scope of handover to Business Units from Project from operational perspective including process and documentation Works with operation and leadership team to determine how Engineering is performing against budget and highlights areas of concern to leadership Respond to major emergencies when needed in terms of guidance and rectification Works with the relevant business units on special engineering, maintenances projects or capital expenditure needs Sound maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability on HVAC, Kitchen equipment and preventive maintenance Reviews and provides guidelines on service contracts to support operational needs Trains and supports engineering team to effectively manage controllable expenses i.e. utilities, equipment, service agreements, inventory management, etc. Oversees execution of preventative maintenance and asset protection plan Provides comments on renovations of existing business unites where it relates to Engineering areas Provides guidance on life safety systems i.e. firefighting equipment, sprinkler alarm systems Assists in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs Provide guidelines on maintenance of records for all maintenance conducted or repairs performed per corporate or legal requirements Coordinates inspection and certification of systems during site inspections per requirement of Hong Kong ordinances or laws. Performs periodic spot checks through visual inspections of business units to determine condition, establish maintenance priorities and highlight areas where need for improvement exists Conducts visitations of business units and provides a report for follow up Requirements: 7-8 years working experience in similar role with major hotel chain where the role provides engineering and technical services support Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills Proven success in developing talent. Ability to interact with employees client liaisons at all levels Demonstrate problem solving skills and ability to handle conflict situations Has good command of both written and spoken English Chinese. Excellent communication skills with an understanding of cultures Displays leadership by exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for the success of facilities management teams Holder of valid Electrician License A We offered attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
