WORK TASKS: Oversee CF budgeting, forecasting and management reporting; Develop treasury reporting tools, provide timely and accurate consolidated CF reports; Implement and support Group treasury activities including cash management, risk frameworks and liquidity management; Alignment of the control environment: internal controls development and implementation; Regular Group internal audit in treasury function; Treasury support of M&A deals and further integration of target companies; Participate in ERP implementation; Manage relationship with banking providers; Maintain up to date treasury knowledge base; Analyse and optimize treasury processes; Review all Treasury process documentation on a timely basis, updating shared information and communicating as appropriate; Hedging strategy support, review and implementation; Coordination of bank accounts support for the Group. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5-7 years' post-qualified experience in Treasury; Experience in building treasury reports and frameworks; 1C knowledge; Excellent numeracy skills, analytical thinking; Russian speaking; English - upper-intermediate; Excellent communicator with ability to solve problems, communicate and influence at all levels; A team player with a flexible approach to work; Warm, friendly and genuine; Previous experience of managing a Team; Professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ ACCA); Relocation to Ireland (Dublin).
