Playdale is currently on a digitalisation journey, so we have a huge opportunity for a determined IT Technician to embrace. Based at our head office in Haverthwaite, you will provide a high standard of 1st line support to all of Playdale’s IT users, resolving issues via the ICT ticketing system, supporting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, both Hyper-V and VMWare, Basic networking (VPN, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN), SQL databases, assisting IT Manager maintaining full, accurate IT equipment records whilst gaining your Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician qualification. What you need to be or have: Minimum of 4 GCSEs A to C (or 9 to 3) or NVQ L2 IT Infrastructure. Strong analytical skills and have a curious mind. Confident and dynamic personality, with strong communication and customer service skills that allow you to inform, assist, advise and negotiate clearly. Knowledge of MS office.
