For our Dutch HQ we are looking for a: Business Manager – Pricing & Licensing Dtail Dtail is a cloud-based platform that enables fashion brands to plan and visualise their collections by linking product data to 3D virtual samples. Dtail is developed by PixelPool, a 3D visualisation company specialised in retail- and brand visualisation, virtual samples and branded virtual environments. PixelPool, founded in 2000, operates internationally with offices in the US, The Netherlands, Bulgaria and Poland. Responsibilities: Working in close collaboration with the company owner/CEO, you will lead the development and implementation of successful go-to-market pricing strategies for our commercial business, including but not limited to: Development of Commercial/Pricing Model and Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Development of Licensing Model and Licensing Agreements Financial analysis of internal investments and development of Business Strategy/Model Presentation and negotiation of pricing proposal directly to/with (potential) clients Leading effective communication of client feedback to the product development team Market analysis and competition benchmarking Price sensitivity analysis Driving operational and financial progress against targets to ensure performance objectives are met Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in Licensing, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in Licensing and Pricing. MBA preferred. 5+ years of work experience in a related field. Technical understanding and affinity with software products Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience in the licensing of data or products to third parties Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience on competitive pricing analysis, margin analysis and pricing roadmap A broad understanding of relevant business legislation e.g. competition law Experience on development of pricing analytics and models to develop insightful recommendations for senior management Strong analytical skills Motivated self-starter Ability to work independently as well as within a team Comfortable in a client-facing setting We offer: International role in fascinating industry Creative Environment Diverse and multinational team Excellent pension plan Salary range 60-70k/year
