Your new role This is a 12-month parental leave role reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations. Managing and mentoring a team of two you will play a key role in delivering an effective and professional finance process. Responsibilities include: Preparation and review of the firm’s monthly management accounts, including extensive reporting on KPI’s against budget Cashflow management Analysis of the firm’s financial systems to drive decision making Using data to provide commercial insights and viability of various firmwide strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations Provide support and mentor direct reports Special project work as required What you bring You have at least five years’ experience working in a high-profile Finance role, delivering accurate and timely reporting and managing a team. Commercially minded, you deliver insights and analysis to drive financial decision making and have had exposure to a range of financial systems and extracting relevant information. You are self-motivated, positive and able to meet conflicting deadlines.
