The personnel department is a sector within an organization responsible for caring for, organizing, and managing the entire employment relationship between employee and employer. This department is the subsystem of the Human Resources administrative and is responsible for complying with an organization's labor and social security legislation. What You'll Do: Provide support in the preparation of labor documents; Registration of new employees; Keep all Personnel Department documents up to date and organized; Scheduling admission, periodical and dismissal exams; Monitor the electronic point flow, supporting employees and managers; Perform inclusion and exclusion of benefits; Monitor new personnel department processes, assisting in the development of rules and procedures. What We Need You to Have: Degree or studying in Business Administration, Accounting or similar; Intermediate Excel Knowledge; Knowledge in Labor Routines; Intermediate English skills. It Would Be Awesome if You Had: Knowledge in E-Social; Experience controlling working hour registration; Experience working with Senior Systems.
