Graduates & Post Graduates from IT background with 2 to 4+ years of experience Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs The role requires significant interaction with clients, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone Managerial skills of high communication, proactive innovation and customer delight focus to achieve the goal Responsibilities Prepare Business Requirement Document by gathering requirements from the Client. Finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes. Act as a liason between the technical team and the client team. Hands on experience in Agile Project Methodology. Involve in functional testing to ensure the requirements are met. Good command in English. Good knowledge on Verticals like Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution and Retail businesses. Prepare End user training Document. Production support after Go Live.
