Your team The Tech & Ops Division and its Data Management Office is looking to reinforce their team to master its data value chain and provide a platform for reporting purposes and data mining. You will be helping to produce the division’s MIS, evaluating and defining KPIs for the operational and technology sectors as well as working closely with a wide range of stakeholders within the division and with the Group Data Office. Your role Identifying areas where efficiency can be increased and business processes automated. Identifying, evaluating and implementing services and tools to assist with data validation and cleansing. Defining KPIs with internal stakeholders. Developing and assisting with reporting processes. Creating and populating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations. Mining and analysing large datasets, drawing valid inferences and presenting them successfully to management. Working with the leads in all service areas to develop and deliver information that is beneficial for management. Liaising with data owners to revise and improve data collection and processes. Your profile Master's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. Three years’ experience in data analysis, such as finance or a related field. Experience with SQL queries and event-driven programming. Relevant experience in collating and analysing management information and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Data Warehouse data modelling, enrichment and cleansing techniques. Experience of working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation. Initiative and commitment as well as self-motivation and an ability to work efficiently on your own and in a permanently demanding and challenging environment. Fluency in French and excellent command of English. Must be resident in Switzerland. Note DMO / MI / HR We will not accept any CVs via agencies
