What to expect: Take ownership of all company finance and controlling functions. Ongoing monitoring and analysis of cash flows + liquidity planning, including rolling.forecasts with deviation analysis. Optimize cash flow by implementing smart payables/receivables management policies. Prepare and develop KPI & reporting architecture for management. Support respective stakeholders and provide transparency on their budgets and performance. Work with stakeholders on processes, budget & cost control. Support senior management with financial modeling and business plan development. Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement of controlling processes. Set up automated and scalable systems that feed into our BI and reporting infrastructure. Monthly, quarterly and annual closing, consolidation and reporting. Create financial models for new business models, and work closely with our management to evaluate new business opportunities. Develop monthly analysis and reports for management and shareholders. Develop the function with full responsibility for all necessary processes and systems. Invoicing and verifying invoices. Capture and review payment history. What you bring to us: Degree in business economics/administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance/Accounting. 4+ years of finance and accounting experience in a fast-scaling startup environment, a leading audit firm or consulting. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive key initiatives across departments. Ability to carefully plan tasks and processes set clear goals and follow-up on results. Experience in modeling and building cost units and cost centers. Strong financial skills. Experience in building business cases or financial modeling is essential.
