Job Title Integration Project Manager Job Description In 2018, Philips acquired Remote Diagnostic Technologies (RDT), a UK-based leading innovator of advanced solutions for the pre-hospital, military, aviation and maritime market providing monitoring, cardiac therapy and data management. Philips already offers a range of proven monitoring and therapeutic products and solutions to help emergency medical services, hospitals and lay responders accelerate the delivery of care at the scene. This offering includes automated external defibrillators (AEDs), advanced life support monitors, and data management solutions. RDT compliments these with a product range for ambulance and emergency responders, which includes Tempus ALS, a modularized monitor and defibrillator that offers premium functionality in a smaller, lighter and more flexible package. RDT also offers highly robust, yet lightweight monitors equipped with telecommunication capabilities for various emergency responders. During 2020, Remote Diagnostic Technologies (RDT) will be undertaking significant business transformation as it integrates fully into the Philips Integrated Landscape. This includes the implementation of a number of IT and Business process projects. Due to the complexity of the projects and the need to have excellent Project Management, the role of a Project Manager to support these projects is required at RDT. This role will be part of the Post Merger Integration team, reporting to the Post Merger Integration lead. As part of the Post Merger Integration Team (PMI) and reporting to the PMI lead, you have the opportunity to be responsible for the project management and support of all PMI deployment activities at RDT, ensuring successful integration into the Philips Integrated Landscape (PIL) as well as other PMI activities. You are responsible for Supporting the RDT PMI lead with project management of the various PMI activities during the year. Including the business project management of the Philips Integrated Landscape Co-ordination of all activities between the business and Philips Integration Office (PIO) technical teams to ensure timely completion by the business, including all workshops Prepares and implements project in multi-discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on quality, time, budget/cost and staffing. Use appropriate project management tools, communication plans and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and execution. Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth transition from every stage of the project from concept definition, development, verification/validation, and to mass production. Provides business management with regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions Manages internal and external stakeholders. Co-ordination between the different stakeholders, Multi-site teams. Work with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the project is fully compliant with the Philips quality system/process and global regulatory agency requirements. Work alongside the Change Manager to ensure a smooth business transition to the ‘new world’ Support the PMI Lead in preparing for key governance meetings, Other duties as are required To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager successfully implementing complex end to end IT projects inc.
