Job Summary 1. Conducts regular field visits to assigned target sites 2. Conducts field mapping and inventories of private medical practitioners and health casre facilities in area(s) of assignments and regularly updates said map and inventory 3. Conducts Meetings and Advocacy Sessions with target clients (doctors/medical facilities) to encourage notification of cases 4. Regular monitoring visits to identified practitioners to ensure constant and consistent reporting 5. Provides technical assistance to clients as necessary 6. Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly reports, or other reports as requested 7. Assists the Program Officer and M&E Officer in the conduct of On-Site Data Validations 8. Assist the Field Leader and Program Officer in the preparation of the Periodic Program Updates and Reports 9. Assist in TB-Related activities in the assigned areas (Municipal/City/Provincial) as may be necessary Qualification - Graduate of a 4-year course (Allied health/ Business/ Education preferred) - Working experience in marketing and/or Sales or as a Medical Representative is highly preferred. Experience in community mobilization, health service delivery, health education and counseling is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time
