Come grow with us!! PSG continues to grow and has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships and customer service-related issues with PSG’s clients. Primary responsibilities are focused around account on-boarding, service delivery and client advocacy. Responsibilities: Client relationship ownership and management in collaboration with the DMS Consulting team to deliver superior service to PSG clients Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client contract, SLA expectations, setup customization, ongoing service needs and program goals Maintain regular contact with the appropriate client personnel through virtual meetings, written communication and on-site meetings as necessary Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) documentation to assigned accounts Support oversight of client implementations, plan design changes and other pharmacy related activities with their pharmacy partners and other external vendors Serve as primary point of contact for the client for inquiries and issue resolution Serve as a primary internal client advocate to internal partners, external partners and vendors Become an expert PSG’s standard internal reporting capabilities Create and deliver basic reporting and analytics related to client program performance Prepare and support the delivery of client quarterly and annual business reviews with DMS Consulting team and pharmacy partners to highlight program performance and outline optimization opportunities Monitor PSG billing activity related to assigned accounts to ensure accuracy and timely billing Stay abreast of industry development Manage client renewals in collaboration with DMS Consulting Team Comply with all PSG policies and procedures including protection of PSG’s assets, data security, confidentiality, privacy and processing integrity Desired Skills: Knowledge of PBM, specialty pharmacy or managed care environments Able to adapt and work well with ambiguity Work cross functionally across PSG enterprise Bachelor’s degree required Proficient in Microsoft Office with extensive experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Access Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Superior organization skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to lead people and drive results through others Demonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable for meeting client deliverable deadlines Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability and willingness to travel for job related activities as necessary Willingness to be a part of a team unit and cooperate in the accomplishment and departmental and organizational goals and objectives Superior problem-solving skills Detail oriented and self-directed worker efficient in remote work environment Creativity and flexibility are required. PSG is a dynamic environment and requires a candidate that is comfortable facing new challenges. Location: Remote. Up to 10% travel. Salary and Benefits Salary is based on background and experience.
