PHALEN LEADERSHIP ACADEMIES www.phalenacademies.org CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER WHAT YOU WILL DO: As our Director of Human Resource, you would be responsible for ensuring human resource programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with the overall business objectives. The Human Resource Director works closely with Executive Leadership to build a supportive and fair environment for Phalen Leadership Academies. In this role you will manage key human resource functions including: HR policy and procedure, employment tracking and trending, benefits, and onboarding.This is a hybrid role providing a blend of remote work and time at school sites and community events. A Bachelor's degree, required; Master's preferred 5+ years' progressive experience in human resource leadership Proven ability delivering innovative HR programs in an evolving organization A nationally recognized HR certification A demonstrated ability to use data and statistical analysis to solve HR issues AND ARE YOU?
