Summary Pfaff in Vaughan is expanding and growing its team. We are actively searching for a polished and professional Full-Time Logistics Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the central inventory management team by facilitating the purchasing, sale, and movement of vehicles between dealerships. Primary Responsibilities Handle all paperwork and the coordination of transportation providers to ensure all vehicles are moved promptly, economically, and efficiently Processing cheque requisitions Creating/Managing wholesale bills of sale Keeping auction access and other shared account’s active and up to date for the central inventory team Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in a dealership setting required. Previous experience as a Lot Foreman or in a Dealership Administrator role would be an asset. Knowledge of OneEighty, ADP and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
