Due to continued growth & expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the Assistant Accountant role & support the Dealership Accountant & General Manager to ensure the accounting function for the Dealership runs accurately & smoothly. Responsibilities will include: Balance sheet reconciliations Authorising intercompany reconciliations and payments Working with the Management Accountant to finalise monthly reports including profit forecasting preparation Preparing Accounts up to trial balancing Please note that this is a Maternity cover position for 9 months. Who Are We Looking for? You must have a successful track record within an Accounts department, with knowledge and practical experience of: prepayments and accruals intercompany activities cashflow preparation A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also an essential skill that is required for this role.
