Position Summary: The Digital Assets Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day work involved with ensuring a quality online experience for Penn Foster students. This includes organizing, maintaining, archiving, and distributing academic content to students via the online student experience, as well as troubleshooting issues that students are reporting. Essential Job Functions: Troubleshoot student issues and correct them to ensure a quality online experience. Solve issues through creative-problem solving and open and collaborative communication. Assist with entering, managing, and reporting on status of technology support tickets. Complete online exam revisions and perform quality checks for online materials, courses, exams, and bills of materials. Prepare and deploy streaming versions of audio/visual files, including course videos and recorded lectures and webinars, to the student's online experience. Create, export, and process web PDFs, online supplements, and other content and media files. Maintain the supplement system and approve the list of course components for inventory. Learn new programs and platforms quickly, drive continuous improvement, and train the team. Support digital assets projects including learning platforms management, content migration, ingestion, client content customization. Review and update the HTML code and CSS within the learning management system to provide quality content to students. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience required Experience: Proven experience in being highly organized and process driven. Experience in working and communicating with technology teams. Computer Skills: Experience with HTML and CSS required. Experience with Jira preferred. Knowledge of file formats (print, digital, and video) and strong technical aptitude required. Knowledge of learning technology, such as learning management systems, learning tool interoperability (LTI), common cartridge, and SCORM desirable.
