Working between Head Office, Annesley, Sherwood Business Park (NG15 0DR) and Stratstone Locations across the UK - Nationwide Working in partnership with the Stratstone National Franchise Director leadership teams to deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that enables the business to effectively deliver results through their people. Acting as an integral part of the Leadership Team, the HR Business Partner will use data insights and key people indicators to provide coaching, support, constructive challenge and propose pragmatic solutions to the National Franchise Directors and Regional leadership teams in support of achieving their business goals. Key aspects of the HR Business Partner role: Equip Regional teams with appropriate insight, tools and knowledge to effectively manage the performance of their people Work with the Regional teams to coach and develop their team to deliver results through people Contribute to the design and approach of key people initiatives ensuring they are effectively embedded into the business and delivering against outcomes and objectives Working closely with the wider HR Function to bring insights from the business to inform priorities, exploit opportunities and mitigate potential risks Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement Embed a performance management culture within the business ensuring great conversations are taking place and performance opportunities and issues are being discussed Actively seek opportunities to drive Team Member engagement across the business, leading local initiatives to improve key metrics such as retention Support the central ER Manager with complex disciplinary/grievances and other employee issues only where they cannot be resolved at the centre Build and maintain the local resource plans, co-ordinate with the relevant recruitment partner to satisfy demand Support the Talent & Resourcing and Learning & Development function in the design and delivery of group talent management and succession planning and implementing initiatives regionally Key Skill Requirements Understanding and interpreting data to provide insight and offer solutions to the region Coaching skills, able to help others think of more effective leadership approaches and ways of working to deliver results through people Relationship Management - building long lasting and trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and the wider HR Function Influencing and challenging appropriately to offer alternative approaches and ways of thinking and working Solutions orientated – working with the business to facilitate effective outcomes that make a tangible difference Prioritisation - ability to focus on key issues and not become distracted from delivering non-value adding initiatives
