Responsibilities · Handling orders follow-up for import/ export shipments (both air/sea freight) · Perform Customer service activities, attending to customers’ enquiries, complaints · Prepare quotations when sales are not available for urgent shipments · Working closely with Sales & operations divisions · Co-ordination between internal offices/ agents & clients for orders follow up via ocean / air import & export · Handling of cross-trade shipments · Doing bookings of shipments · Preparing documentation such as permits, bill of lading, billings and pre-alert docs to agents · Arranging Custom clearance for customers, and door delivery services Requirements · Possess min GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma, preferably with experience in freight forwarding · Strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics · Able to communicate in both English and Chinese and to liaise with Chinese speaking clients · Possess good communication and customer service skills · Pleasant personality with positive working attitude · Requires knowledge in all activities related to freight forwarding services, shipments and other related functions Job Type: Full-time Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Singapore (Preferred)
