Working as part of a team of enthusiastic and committed Receptionists, you will have primary responsibility for: working a variety of daytime, evening and night shifts during the week and over weekends, including public holidays. We currently operate an eight week roster cycle. The successful applicant will be advised of their shifts approx. 28 days prior to the start of a new shift cycle over-the-counter and telephone reception booking appointments and coordinating house visits handling patient inquiries and payments administrative duties, including filing and banking Duties and Responsibilities providing our customers with an exceptional experience through your excellent interpersonal skills, initiative and effective communication skills you enjoy being in a front line role and take pride in your customer service skills this position will especially suit you if you are able to handle a busy working environment, with loads of energy, empathy, and flexibility Skills and Experience highly developed organisation and time management skills excellent computer and keyboard skills previous experience with Medtech 32 or other medical software would be an advantage Ability to think fast and be solutions focused An understanding of the confidential nature of a health care environment Culture Pegasus Health offers an opportunity to be part of a continually improving, people-centred health service in a dynamic work environment with a unique and vibrant work culture.
