About us: Peak & Peak is a consulting firm specializing in the digitization of marketing, commerce, sales and service, and their optimization through technology. Our services range from a strategic-conceptual consulting approach to the complete implementation of the final solutions. In projects, we primarily rely on the products of the cloud computing provider Salesforce.com, whose official partner is Peak & Peak. From our offices in Mannheim (headquarters), Cologne and Berlin, we work for organizations of various sizes, but often with a medium-sized structure, from the entire DACH region. Our realized projects have taken place in various industries. However, we have a special focus in the areas: Healthcare Sector Consumer Goods Telecommunications Professional Services Producing Companies In order to address the challenges of our customers in digitization holistically, our team of over 20 experts is divided into four competence groups, which work together on projects regarding: Strategic and pre-sales consulting Effectiveness (deals with process-driven areas such as sales or service) Engagement (deals with topics such as marketing and the customer experience) Technology (software development) Your tasks: As part of the Technology Unit, you will work with other developers and Business Analysts usually on several customer projects along the entire project cycle (initiation, conception, analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation). You manage a small team of developers and coordinate tasks and resources You always assess the technical feasibility of requirements and possible risks You lead the requirement estimation and technology team resource planning processes You are involved in the process of designing architecture and implementing several products of the Salesforce platform as well as integration with other cloud or on-premise systems You give best practices on testing, supporting and deploying existing solutions during the project cycle You create real business value by solving our client's difficult and complex challenges in technology also providing technical documentation You work in a small agile team Our requirements: You have min. 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting / developing / project management You have a university degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, physics, math, or any other related field You have the ability to work and communicate in a varied international environment in German and/or English You have a 360-view of clients’ requirements and the ability to think logically and strategically during the project You have previous experience of managing and/or training a team You have the desire to communicate actively with the project team during the entire project cycle You have a customer-oriented and independent work ethic You have a disciplined approach to automated testing, deployment and quality assurance You are aware and ready to learn more about best practices You know how to use your individual strengths skillfully in a team You are detail-oriented and pay attention to the scalability, performance, and availability of our solutions You have already been involved in (IT-related) projects and are familiar with the process of implementing IT solutions for CRM processes (with Salesforce products) Optional requirements: You have Salesforce certifications ADM201 and/or DEV401 You have experience in software development, e.g. with Java, Apex You have experience with Lightning and lightning components Your benefits with us: Become part of a highly motivated and competent team in which hierarchy does not play a role with your individual abilities Take responsibility in projects and directly see the output Be part of a growing company and play an active role in shaping it Take part in further education courses and trainings and educate yourself continuously Regular team events, such as breakfast, lunch or other leisure activities Benefit from modern infrastructure and flexible working hours Possibility of a job ticket or company car Water, coffee and fruit as much as you like Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, Festanstellung Berufserfahrung: Entwicklung: 2 Jahre (Bevorzugt) Software Development: 2 Jahre (Bevorzugt) Salesforce Development: 2 Jahre (Erforderlich)
