Marketing Coordinator (Retail Marketing) Responsibilities We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will help us to grow our business. You are the face and the voice behind PDS Healthcare, we need you to uphold the brand voice across all platforms. Our products and services should always reflect our unique brand identity. Engage new partners and potential prospects, create new opportunities for outreach and sales. Establish and nurture close working relationships with existing retail partners. Ensure all retail storefront are consistent with our brand identity. Anticipate potential risk and propose solutions to ensure smooth daily operations. Be involved in the production of marketing materials. Coordinate with relevant contractors or vendors to fulfill event requirements. Source for event-related items or warehousing needs from local/overseas suppliers. Arrange and liaise with the appointed the vendor for delivery, collection and payment. Periodically evaluate the performance of the promoters. Improve leads and sales conversion (transaction value & no. of orders) Optimise Cost per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Gather sales data and provide weekly and monthly sales report, forecast and recommendations to Product Manager. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events Management or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role. Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment. Able to write professionally in a variety of styles for diverse audiences. Adept at simplifying complex ideas into digestible and compelling stories. Have a good eye for design, we need someone who appreciates beautiful and well-crafted content layout and visuals. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other video production software is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
