HR Administrator FTC 3 months– Huntingdon – PAP2513You will be joining our organisation at a really exciting time. Our teams are passionate about making a difference as we move forward on our three year business plan and strategic priorities.We require a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic team player with experience of working in a fast paced admin environment to join our HR team. Previous HR experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. Working closely with our operational areas, you will play a vital part in providing a complete administration service in respect of recruitment, payroll, sickness absence and the management of HR records.You will have the ability to respond quickly, reprioritising to meet the needs of the business as required. This role involves high volumes of recruitment activity, so strong customer service skills and the ability to juggle numerous demands are essential. You must also be confident on the phone and able to question managers to fully understand the nature of their query or issue.
