Club Lounge Manager The Pacific Club is exclusive but more than that it’s cool and welcoming providing an exclusive lounge experience catering to Pan Pacific Perth’s Club floor and suite guests. This is Perth’s busiest CBD Club Lounge, there is no membership or buy-up simply being a Pan Pacific guest is enough. Our guest’s expectations are understandably high and we pride ourselves on delivering a premium product. The Pacific Club Manager leads a team of committed individuals and is the face of our premium lounge product. We are looking for a candidate to join our team who is comfortable in a leadership role, enjoys welcoming new guests and delivering a first class service experience. The Role: Responsible for co-ordinating the daily VIP arrivals and amenities. Organising daily lounge operations; seasonal promotions and planning special events. Welcomes and co-ordinates with the team every aspect of a guest’s stay. Responsible for recruiting, rostering and training colleagues to ensure the very best service is delivered each and every day. Works with the kitchen to deliver an exclusive breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail service for our Pacific Club guests. Liaises with other hotel departments to ensure all guest’s needs are met an actioned quickly. Monitor food preparation and health and safety practices to ensure the restaurant and staff are presentable and in compliance with company standards and regulations. Reports directly to the Front Office Manager. Ideally, You Will Have: The endeavour to be successful. A proven customer service track record in a leadership role. Must have previous airline or hotel business class, first class or executive lounge experience. Confidence in taking risk. Creative, intuitive and innovative by nature and above all customer centric. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. A West Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Qualifications: Minimum AQF relevant Diploma or above, with 2 years of relevant work experience is required. In the absence of qualification, minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
