We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing administrator who will support branch conveyancer by ensuring that administration is managed and up to date. This role is key in ensuring that the conveyancing office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Data capturing - keeping up to date following platforms: - Suspense Register - Alchemy - PICK - Actual Register - Dash Board * Conveyancing office administration - ensuring that documents are filed appropriately * Communication- ensuring that respond to queries from all stakeholdes in the business either telephonically or via email * Ensuring that all written communications is professional and to standard that promotes brand of PGP * Typing letters and any documents requested by Conveyancer. * Managing all incoming and outgoing calls in the conveyancing office and ensuring all are responded to professionally. Key Competencies * Strong attention to detail * Good communication skills * Numerically literate * Able to work under pressure managing multiple deadlines * Professional at all times * Team player Education & Experience * Grade 12 * Property experience * More than 3 years in the same role Knowledge & Skills Required Must have a sound knowledge of: * MS Outlook * MS Word * MS Excel * Internet – Google Drive
