We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our established team as we continue to develop the depot structure. Key Activities * Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls * Responding to email correspondence * Dealing with all customer account queries in line with expectations * Provide outstanding levels of customer service * Deliver against KPI’s * Eliminate process errors whilst providing outstanding customer service to all customers * Key account management with daily reporting on delivery service Good rate of pay.Immediate start available for successful candidate. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Type: Full-time Salary: £20,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year Experience: customer service: 1 year (Required) Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred) Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested
