Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Process and WI management for YPL rail business (EU and CKG) Systematically maintain central library for processes / WI and training forms etc Audit and ensure processes / Work instructions regularly; Challenge process owners to make process more robust. Make suggestion to improve process and metrology using technology or other options Development of Management Trainee (People Management Training) Interview and recruit candidates for management trainee position Develop and manage the trainee to support existing jobs (Process administration, company Chinese marketing materials support, market information research, etc.). Long term objective is to expand the capacity of MD office support function with management trainee program. Finance/Accounting Involvement (Financial management training) Monitor, analyse and report the monthly revenue/sales budget/target fulfillment of PLG / YPL companies to understand and evaluate business value of projects. Assist GM/ YPL with the following tasks, Represent GM to communicate instructions and follow up with action owners where necessary. Ensuring that activities and action agreed with the GM are executed by Management Team members. Regular task include weekly meeting with CKG team on progress of business etc. Point of contact person with external government bodies and key customers / officials Special tasks assigned by GM. Project management Evaluate value of project, make and monitor budget Provide input to value add management consideration of project. Systematically follow up progress for existing and new projects, Work independently to participate in primary discussions with major stakeholders on matters with regard to the progress of the projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree holder from the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management Demonstrate sound verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable in public speaking situations Strong leadership & human relations skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment Ability to speak and write fluently Mandarin & English will be advantages Preference China National
