Position Description The Pure Spa brand and those who are ambassadors of it, strive for excellence when it comes to the experiences that we provide for our clientele. This is a part time position, requiring strong computer skills, a GREAT attitude, the ability to multitask, a passion for customer service and sales, and an openness to learning and coaching. Mindfulness and gratitude are important characteristics for this role. Emotional intelligence is also key, in keeping the atmosphere cheerful and happy. A calm leadership mentality, amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy spa is an absolute necessity. Specific Skills o Team Player – This is a supportive and nurturing environment, looking for an individual that believes in the benefit of being a part of a team in a variety of tasks and duties. There is a strong belief that by working collectively with the team in mind, everyone will be able to succeed, feel nurtured and grow. o Customer Service Experience – Pure Spa provides an exceptional spa experience in a beautiful environment, focusing on client care in order to surpass expectations. This includes educating and inspiring our clients about therapeutic treatments and carefully selected retail products. o Communication – Both internal and external communication skills are top priority. The ability to follow up with clients, and foster support and kindness with the team are necessary for the collective success of all involved. Honest, straight-forward, authentic and kind communication is key in any leadership role, and will be integral here. o Leadership – it is important the person in this role is able to make decisions within their area of responsibility, while making sure our staff and clients feel important and cared for. The most important quality of a leader is that they are open to growing and improving themselves as a leader. o Critical Thinking – There are numerous tasks that will need to be balanced while anticipating different priorities. Being able to happily switch between tasks, while maintaining a calm and kind environment for staff and clients is key.
