Warehouse Manager act as a leader and manage warehouse in LNG BP Tangguh, West Papua to support and handle all warehouse operation with safe, reliable, cost effective, technically best practise in efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Actively involved in inventory planning, shipment scheduling and liase with company representative to ensure all materials are traceable. Take full initiative in developing local personnel. Manage all efforts for the executions of the Materials Management and Supply Base services to ensure as high standard. Ensure all operations are comply with HSE Standard. Ensure accuracy of Material Management and inventory report and high efficiency in Warehouse. Maintain and provides performance reports and accidents reports. Attend to complaints/grievances of contractor personnel and take appropriate action as necessary. Ensure all procedure are in place, updated and implemented and updating all personal through regular training. Qualification: 1. Min bachelor degree preferable oil and gas background with 7 years experience in integrated logistics management. 2. Have good knowledge in Material Management & Supply Base Services and excellent skill in inventory planning. 3. Familiar with and have a good knowledge of handling and managing hazardous waste 4. Analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, leadership skill, planning and organization. 5. Have a good knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management system 6. Fluent in both spoken and written English 7. Willing placed in BP Tangguh and working with ROTA (4 onsite, 4 offsite) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: logistics management: 5 years (Required) Oil and Gas: 5 years (Preferred) Education: S1 (Required) Location: Jakarta (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
