We have an immediate contractual opportunity with one of our largest clients in North Chicago, IL for a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate must have experience with analytics and Pharmaceutical. Experience with agile methodologies is required as user stories will need to be written and sprints will need to be managed appropriately to ensure requirements are met. The candidate must be able to dive in and understand these systems as much as the Clinical IT group understands but with a Medical Affairs Evidence Solutions lens. Must able to effectively monitors and organizes efforts on initiatives in which BTS can improve HCP engagement, challenging existing processes, policies and perceptions, by collaborating with functions across Medical Affairs. Must enhance the user experience by systematically capturing feedback, exploring opportunities to drive efficiencies, and continually improving processes, systems and solutions.
