PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS: Managing Director, directly reporting to Regional General Manager, will be in charge to develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the company goals. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners and authorities Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE COMPETENCES REQUIRED: Background-Experience: Technical or Economics Degree Preferred Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position A proven, significant sales track record of results in the portable generators sectors or in similar products (power tools, air compressors, welding equipment, cleaning equipment, light earth moving equipment, air conditioning, pumps). Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans Competencies-Qualification: Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred. Job Location: Ilfov, Romania - CERINTE GENERALE: Directorul General va raporta direct catre Managerul General Regional si va fi responsabil pentru dezvoltarea si executarea strategiilor de afaceri ale companiei pentru a atinge obiectivele stabilite RESPONSABILITATI PRINCIPALE: Ofera consiliere strategica consiliului de administratie si presedintelui, astfel incat acestia sa poata avea o vedere de ansamblu exactă asupra pietei și a viitorului companiei Pregatirea si implementarea unor planuri de afaceri detaliate, prin planificarea unor operatiuni rentabile si a unor activitati de dezvoltare a pietei, pentru a facilita realizarea obiectivelor Se va asigura ca politicile companiei și indrumarile legale sunt comunicate ierarhic in companie si ca acestea sunt respectate in permanenta. Va comunica si va mentine relatii de incredere cu partile interesate, partenerii de afaceri si autoritatile. Supravegherea performantelor financiare, a investitiilor și a tutuor activitatilor de afaceri ale companiei. Delegarea responsabilitatilor si supravegherea activitatii directorilor, oferind indrumare si motivatie pentru a obtine maximum de performanta. Citirea tuturor rapoartelelor trimise de catre managerii de rang inferior pentru a recompensa performanta si pentru a preveni si a rezolva problemele Va actiona ca vorbitor public si reprezentant al relatiilor publice in numele companiei, in moduri care ii vor consolida profilul Analizarea situatiilor si evenimentelor problematice pentru a oferi solutii si pentru a asigura supravietuirea si cresterea companiei EXPERIENTA SI COMPETENTE NECESARE: Experienta: Studii superioare cu profil tehnic sau economic; Experienta dovedita ca director general sau alta pozitie manageriala, rezultate si cifre semnificative in vanzari in domeniul generatoarelor portabile sau a unor produse similare (scule electrice, compresoare de aer, echipamente de sudura, echipamente de curatare, aer condiționat, motopompe). Experienta demonstrabila in dezvoltarea planurilor strategice si de afaceri Competente si Calificari: Cunostinte temeinice dspre schimbarile pietei si a fortelor care influenteaza compania Intelegerea politicilor financiare corporative si a masurilor de performanta Cunostinte avansate de drept corporative si a practicilor de management Abilitati excelente de organizare si de leadership Abilitati excelente de comunicare, relationare interpersonala si de prezentare Abilitati exceptionale de analiza si de rezolvare a problemelor Licenta in administrarea afacerilor sau un alt domeniu relevant; abolventii de Master in domeniu vor avea prioritate.
