Roles & Responsibilities Have a keen interest in Anime and Japanese culture? Wondering how you can build a career out of your passion? As an up-and-coming collaboration café with a focus on anime, comics and games (ACG), we take pride in sharing and spreading the love for Japanese culture, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our crew! As our Retail & Events Coordinator, you will: Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day shop operations, including merchandise sales and promotions of food and beverage Handle cashiering duties using POS system Handle customer enquiries and complaints Assist in planning and execution of collaborations, promotions and events Be devoted to communicating ideas and stories of the theme to fans and customers Job Requirements: Minimum 1-year relevant experience working in Retail, F&B and events At least “N” and or “O” level education Interest and knowledge in anime and Japanese culture Food Hygiene Certification preferred Able to work during weekends and public holidays Customer-oriented and good communication skills Quick and willing to learn Singaporeans and PR preferred
