We are a fast growing team of +20 international people located in beautiful Vienna, Austria. What you should bring At least 2+ years of relevant work experience in project execution with regards to startup innovation UI / UX and Service Design Skills incl. Design Thinking Experience with relevant Tools like Sketch, Figma, Framer X, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc... Front End Development Skills: HTML, CSS und Javascript (React) Passion for the startup and entrepreneurship community Sound understanding of corporate structures Extensive coordination, project management, proposal writing and powerpoint skills Motivated, self-driven and inspired by tech and innovation Your responsibilities Planning and execution of client projects with focus on prototyping services Execution of workshops (design thinking workshops, prototyping sprints, etc.) Development of low- and high-fidelity prototypes Identify client issues and form hypotheses and solutions Design of project work plans, schedules, and budgets Preparation of business proposals and presentations Communication with our stakeholders (clients, partners) What we offer Full-time position based in Vienna with international projects (up to 40% travel) starting ASAP.
