We are a dynamic Australian owned company, that operate and sell an impressive range of well-known and respected brands through pharmacy and grocery channels within Australia and overseas. We are currently looking for someone to join us at our offices in the Northern Beaches for a short term contract (approximately 6 months) working full time hours Monday to Friday. What you need for success: We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, organised and able to multi task in a fast paced & high volume environment. The key tasks involved in the role: Process and reconcile customer payments against customer ledger entries Reconcile customer statements when requested and when issues are identified Assess and set up new customer accounts Communicate outcomes of queries and/or account balances Any other ad-hoc duties when required Answering customer queries when necessary To be successful in this role you will need the following: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an accounts receivable role Degree or TAFE qualified in accounting or similar line of studies Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail Competency with large ERP systems Professional, strong client-service attitude Excellent communication skills Advanced excel skills - VLookups and Pivot Tables are essential Must have a "Can Do" attitude In return, you will be given the opportunity to join a growing company that rewards you for your hard efforts.
