We are seeking to appoint a part time Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator to our busy team within the Urology Department at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford. The post involves supporting our Patient Pathway Administrators in providing administrative support to Consultants, clinical staff and all patients under their care. Duties include dealing with incoming post, booking relevant diagnostic investigations and appointments, tracking patient noes, updating patient details on the Trust’s databases, maintaining an accurate filing system and using Alden digital transcription to produce patient letters and correspondence The post involves use of the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) and knowledge of this and the elective access standards would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be given. The positon requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.
