Owls Hall Environmental is a leading waste water Engineering business that is expanding to meet the demand. We are currently looking to employ a full time and experienced Agricultural driver/operator to work within East Anglia, living in a 15-mile radius of Blackmore End. Owls Hall Environmental Ltd supply, install, maintain and empty sewage treatment plants and pumping stations, the current vacancy will be part of the tankering team. The ideal candidate will be flexible with their working hours and willing to take part in the emergency call out rota. The successful candidate will have experience in driving agricultural vehicles and have driving licence with no more than six penalty points, ideally with experience of the operation of a vacuum tanker. The role holder will also be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle and equipment are maintained in a clean & roadworthy condition both internally & externally and that the vehicles are operated in a professional manner. Working regular local routes, responsible for working independently and safely collecting and delivering sewage, working alone, it’s important the candidate is responsible and reliable, able to assess risks and ensure they wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment). The candidate will also need to be computer literate to send emails and log details onto our company systems using a handheld computer.
