Currently working with a leading FMCG business in Middlesex who are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team. You will be working as part of the Commercial Finance Team, supporting the UK’s customers, working closely with the sales account teams and providing support, analysis and financial insights on these accounts in order to deliver ambitious business objectives. Lead Monthly account reviews to ensure all risks and reserves in the Gross to Net and GP% have been identified - YTD and FY forecast and targets. Understand business impacts of the account performance. Update the monthly balance sheets for account accruals. Joint Business Planning: Manage scenario planning tool to provide key information to National Account Managers on a regular basis. Challenge and influence decisions made in customer meetings. Development of the accounts: Ensure that the account teams are receiving full financial support, regular challenge, insights and direct involvement in developing the account strategy. Ad-hoc reporting: Support the account teams with all ad-hoc reporting requirements Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent Have proven Commercial experience within a FMCG organisation Strong communication/presentation skills - should be able to communicate effectively with people from both financial and non-financial backgrounds. Be performance driven, tenacious and goal orientated. Be able to work cross functionally both internally and externally. Good IT Skills; Advance Excel and experience of working with accounting systems - SAP,TPM, Cognos This role is paying £40,000-£45,000 with a 14% bonus + other benefits.
