Original Foods is seeking for an experienced and very energetic Plant Manager for the operations of its 216,000 sq.ft. SQF certified food factory. Very strong Leadership skills and a hands-on approach are required to bring the best out of our team of 150 people. Continuous improvement is expected in a very fast paced and diversified entrepreneurial environment. The candidate should be an expert in cost reduction and have proven it through several successful realizations in previous assignments. The Plant Manager must take extreme pride in taking full ownership of the plant performance and be perfectly audit ready at all times, as any world class facility should be. Optimal planning and performance of the day to day operations are essential. Monthly and long term planning must always be kept updated and communicated to the other members of the management team. Experience in managing seasonal production peaks would be a major asset. Payback analysis will be supporting your Capex investment initiatives. The Senior Manager must be adept with ERP system management, Lean manufacturing techniques and production automation in a very complex and diversified production matrix with many different processes and hundreds of products. This opportunity is a very challenging Senior Management position that is only recommended for candidates willing to work very hard and under pressure.
