Job Summary: The Education Coordinator position is a hybrid role that encompasses several job responsibilities. This person will be responsible for facilitating the testing of students in a computer lab environment and for administrative support of the academic program team. The incumbent will be responsible for identification, admission, seating and monitoring of examinees according to guidelines. In addition, this person will also assist with some administrative activities to support the nursing faculty as directed by the Director, Nursing Academic Services. In addition, the incumbent will prepare testing materials and exam rooms prior to examinees' arrival, and monitor the conduct of examinees during the testing periods. What You Will Do: Assist the Director, Nursing Academic Services in scheduling and proctoring different exams and support those students that require accommodation. You will assist in developing and updating multiple schedules related to academic operations (examples: clinical days, lab sessions, exams, meetings) Collaborate on projects with the Director of Nursing Academic Services such as book orders, maintaining databases, reporting, room and tutor schedules. You will set up classrooms and technology for a secured testing environment; and assist with simulation lab set up, assist with supplies and general academic support What You Will Have: A passion for education, healthcare and supporting students in a professional setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work on detailed work with high accuracy and precision Bachelor's degree preferred Administrative experience and competency with MS Office Suite, experience as a creative problem solver and can-do attitude Computer set up and troubleshooting experience
