The Role This position will be responsible for seamless running of Front of House Operations providing an outstanding level of service within our premium facility and exceed members expectations on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to progress into a Management or Regional Management position long-term. If the role is for you, you will be excited by the opportunity to welcome and service both members and enquiries alike, all whilst understanding that you are assisting everyone to reach their health and fitness goals. Beyond this, you may also be required to: Grow brand awareness through attention-grabbing events, marketing outreach and local community events Develop a high energy culture through club challenges, social media channels and member engagement Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example) Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service Implement your customer service skills to diplomatically resolve any staff/member matters Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, well-maintained and operationally sound Welcoming new members to Orangetheory Fitness, by providing detailed and encouraging on-boarding Providing studio tours and previews to prospective members Engaging with members and prospects over the phone Greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly culture that all members can enjoy Ask Yourself - Are You....?
